I have seen these gorgeous little owl's all around the internet, and thought it was finally time to try some of them for myself!

I love him in his hospital scrubs and stethoscope!  What Doctor could get by without their nurses?

I have had this on my to do list for ages now, and finally got around to making him.

How cute is he??  I used a little bit of the retired Elegant Soiree DSP for his body, and the gorgeous Red Glimmer Paper (Summer Mini Catalogue) heart tops it off.  I have popped him onto a magnetic clip.....now where am I going to use him???

A 60th Birthday

We attended a surprise 60th birthday party last Saturday. I had no idea at all what sort of card to make for the birthday boy, so after hours trawling Splitcoaststampers I finally settled on this card:

I changed mine up a little, using Real Red to match my glitter! Who says a mans card can't be sparkly??

So, after all that time on Splitcoaststampers and then making the card.....I forgot to take it with me. Thank god for the postman hey??
